About Us

The Epilepsy Connection, Inc. is one  man’s vision to provide information
and support to those suffering from epilepsy and related diseases. Our Founder, who suffers from epilepsy himself, works tirelessly in his efforts to improve the lives of people with epilepsy and empower them with knowledge, confidence and independence.

 

The Epilepsy Connection is a non profit organization in the state of California and recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization by the IRS.

 

Our Mission
 
To help improve the lives of people living with seizure disorders by providing
resources, information, support and empowerment through education and advocacy for the prevention, control and cure of epilepsy.
 
Our Vision



The Board of Directors, first and foremost, looks forward to the day that there is a cure for epilepsy and will continue to place our efforts toward that goal.

 

Our four main objectives are:

 

1) Raise epilepsy and SUDEP awareness through education and advocacy.

 

2) Provide funds to those performing research for the cure of epilepsy.

 

3) Provide financial assistance for those individuals who require a seizure detection device.

 

4) Provide financial assistance for those looking to obtain a seizure response dog.
